1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services operated by Uncommon Christian Network, LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "the Ministry"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Ohio, with a business address in Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio.

By accessing our website, using our mobile apps, leaving a message on our line, or making a support payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website, apps, or services.

2. Description of Services

Uncommon Christian Network, LLC operates a Christian media ministry. Our services may include a website, mobile apps for iOS and Android, a prayer and message line, live radio and shortwave broadcasts, audio and video content, podcasts, and the ability to submit prayer requests, testimonies, questions, comments, and voice recordings. We also accept voluntary support payments that help fund our operations. These Terms apply to all of the above, including our apps (in addition to any rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play through which you obtained them).

3. Support Payments

3.1 Voluntary Support

Payments made through our website are voluntary support payments to Uncommon Christian Network, LLC. They help fund our operations, content, and outreach, and are entirely optional — you are never required to make one to access our free content. Support is given as a one-time payment. All amounts are in U.S. dollars, and by submitting a payment you authorize the charge of the amount shown.

3.2 Nothing Recurring

We do not offer subscriptions or recurring support. Nothing you give renews on its own, and there is no subscription to cancel — each gift is a single, separate payment made when you choose to make one.

3.3 Payment Processing

Support given inside our mobile apps is processed by Apple or Google through the App Store or Google Play in-app purchase system, and is subject to that store's terms in addition to these. Support given on our website is processed by a third-party payment processor, whose terms and privacy policy also apply. In neither case do we collect, see, or store your full card number or financial account credentials.

3.4 Refunds

Support payments are voluntary gifts, not purchases of goods or services, and they are final and non-refundable.

Purchases made inside our apps are the app store's to refund, not ours. Apple and Google run their own refund processes and make their own decisions, and we cannot reverse a store purchase on your behalf. If you want to ask for one, ask them — for the App Store at reportaproblem.apple.com, and for Google Play through the Play Store's order history. Where they require a refund, it is made.

If a charge was wrong or wasn't yours. A duplicate charge, a charge you never authorized, or one taken in error is a different matter from a change of mind. Tell us as soon as you notice it — there is no time limit on this — and we will look into it and put it right.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you have with your bank or card issuer, or any right you cannot waive under the consumer law where you live.

3.5 Tax Treatment

Uncommon Christian Network, LLC is a for-profit limited liability company, not a tax-exempt charitable organization. Support payments are not tax-deductible. Please consult your own tax advisor regarding the treatment of any payment.

4. Your Submissions

4.1 What this covers

"Submissions" means anything you send us: prayer requests, testimonies, questions, comments, voice mails, texts, and voice recordings, whether sent through our website, our apps, or our prayer and message line at (747) 4-PRAYER. How we handle Submissions — including recording, privacy, retention, and the difference between private and public messages — is described in Section 4 of our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our prayer and message line is an unattended line — voice mail and text only, not a live person-to-person line — and it must not be used for emergencies. Please review the Privacy Policy before you send anything.

4.2 Private and public Submissions

Where a Submission is private depends on how it was sent. Voice mails and texts to our prayer and message line are private. On the website, a Submission is private unless you turn on the "Public" option. Written prayers and voice recordings sent through our apps are public — the apps say so before sending, and a consent screen sets out these terms and requires your agreement before anything leaves your phone. If you want something kept between us, use the prayer and message line.

4.3 License you grant us for public Submissions

When you make a Submission public, you grant Uncommon Christian Network, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, excerpt, distribute, publicly perform, broadcast, and display that Submission and any name, voice, likeness, or location you include with it, in whole or in part, in any and all media now known or later developed — including on Uncommon Radio, shortwave, our website, apps, podcasts, and our social media accounts — for our ministry, programming, and promotional purposes. You also acknowledge that once a Submission has been made public, anyone may share it onward, and that neither we nor you can control or recall what others do with it. You will not be paid for any Submission or its use. You waive any right to inspect or approve how a public Submission is used, and, to the extent permitted by law, any "moral rights" in it. You may ask us to stop using a public Submission going forward, and we will do so and remove it from platforms we control, but we cannot retract material that has already been broadcast, published, or shared.

4.4 Your responsibilities and promises

You are responsible for what you submit. By making any Submission, you represent and warrant that: you are at least 18 years old; the Submission is yours or you have all rights and permissions needed to send it and (for public Submissions) to grant the license above; every identifiable person in a recording has consented to being recorded and to public use; and the Submission does not violate the Acceptable Use rules in Section 5, infringe anyone's rights, or contain unlawful content or third-party music or material you don't have the right to share. Recordings must not contain music — a worship track, a song playing in the room, or any other recording you did not make — because we do not hold the rights to broadcast it. We cannot accept or play those. We are not obligated to use, broadcast, or keep any Submission, and we may decline, edit, or remove any Submission at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

When using our website or services, you agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Submit content that is defamatory, harassing, obscene, hateful, or that infringes the rights of others;
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with or disrupt the services;
• Use any automated means to access or scrape the website without our permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our broadcasts — including text, graphics, logos, audio, video, and the "Uncommon Christian Network" name and branding — is owned by or licensed to Uncommon Christian Network, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as podcast platforms, social media, and our payment processor). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Content shared through our ministry, including prayer and spiritual encouragement, is offered in good faith and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uncommon Christian Network, LLC and its officers, members, employees, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you contributed to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Uncommon Christian Network, LLC and its officers, members, employees, and volunteers from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the services, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Ohio, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
